Information on the processing of personal data by MM Service Security Sp. z o. o.

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

1. The Personal Data Controller is MM Service Security Sp. z o. o., with its registered office at ul. 3 Maja 64/66N, 93–408 Łódź. 2. The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted via e-mail: wojtowicz@kancelariawojtowicz.pl 3. Personal data will be processed based on:
  • a) Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation – consent for the processing of personal data collected for the purpose of preparing an offer;
  • b) Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – for the performance of concluded contracts, customer service, and the recovery of outstanding amounts from debtors;
  • c) Art. 6(1)(c) of the Regulation – to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the controller, including employing staff, carrying out HR activities, enabling the use of tax breaks provided by PFRON, managing invoices, and contact details from invoices;
  • d) Art. 6(1)(f) of the Regulation – to ensure security on the premises by recording the image of persons present there via video monitoring (CCTV).
4. Recipients of personal data may be entities authorized to obtain them based on legal provisions or concluded agreements. 5. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in point 3, and after that time, for the period required by law. Video monitoring recordings will be stored for a period of 30 days. 6. You have the right to access the content of your data, rectify them, delete them, or limit their processing, as well as the right to object. If the processing of personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal. 7. If it is found that personal data are not processed in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). 8. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide them will result in our inability to provide services to you. 9. You are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
